Bach Rescue Remedy – What’s It For?
Stress. Anxiety. Fear. Occasionally our companions suffer from any one of these things just like WE do as humans. Its not fun for them anymore than it is for us and oftentimes we are stumped as to what we can do about it. Most of us prefer to not medicate our animals unless we absolutely have to. What we would prefer is an alternative – a safe,

Rescue Remedy Spray is one of the easiest formulas to use - simply open mouth and spray away that anxiety!
non-invasive and non-toxic alternative. Does one exist? Actually, it does.
Rescue Remedy is an all natural product that can often help when nothing else seems to. Easy, safe, effective. There is a disturbing trend amongst veterinarians to treat anything and everything with drugs first. Its not always safe and not always necessary. If indeed there is a way to handle your dog’s issues without resorting to drugs, isn’t that preferable? A simple blend of 5 flower essences, Rescue Remedy can be used safely over and over again without fear that you are destroying your dog’s kidneys or liver or other internal systems. Its effects can be almost immediate and its uses are varied.
One of the biggest problems that pet owners face is a pet’s fear of loud noises and thunderstorm phobias which are often a combination of noise phobia and an unknown quantity that causes the anxiety to start even before the storm does. During these times of stress, affected animals can cause themselves harm as well as destroy your home. In many cases, dosing your pet with Rescue Remedy can ease their anxiety to the point where they can be nearly calm during these times.
Other common uses for Rescue Remedy are prior to vet visits, separation anxiety when you leave them behind, traveling, adapting to new surroundings, obsessive behaviors such as those leading to lick granulomas and hot spots, animals that compulsively bark or hiss and many more. Any sort of situation or happening that causes your animal anxiety can quite possibly be relieved by simply giving them Rescue Remedy.
It also could not be easier to use! Available in drops and spray form, it is a matter of either putting it directly in your pet’s mouth (4 drops at a time or 2 sprays at a time), adding to food or water or even by rubbing it directly onto your pet’s paws, nose or ear. Rescue Remedy is also perfect for treating hot spots, minor bites and rashes by placing it directly on the affected area. Another Rescue Remedy Product, Rescue Cream, is even more helpful for such situations and can often clear up naturally what pharmaceuticals have failed to cure.
Rescue Remedy is the #1 natural reliever of stress in our pets (not to mention ourselves, I’m sure your pup won’t mind sharing!). If you prefer, like so many of us, to attempt to find a natural and safe alternative first, than give Rescue Remedy a try – it can’t hurt and quite honestly can only do good.
How Soon Will I Get My Order?
As our longtime customer’s know, the time between ordering and actual shipping is rarely very long. There are some aspects of our process though that can make a difference as to when exactly your order ships so although we get it to you as quickly as possible it isn’t always feasible each and every time.
One of the first things to remember is that what days we can ship to you depends on where you live. Only Ohio,

When in doubt about shipping times - call us! We're happy to help you figure it out and let you know when you can expect your order!
northern WV, and Western PA are within one day shipping from us – all the rest of you, 2 days UPS ground. What does this mean? It means that unless your order is in by Wednesday morning, its not likely to ship to you before the next Monday. That means if you order Wednesday, chances are good that your food won’t reach you until the following Wednesday. Isn’t because we’re being lazy, its just the way that UPS works! They don’t do Saturdays. Is it impossible that you would order online on Wednesday and still get your order that week? No – certainly not impossible but not for sure either. Always plan ahead and if you have an emergency, give us a call and we’ll see what we can do! If you are a one day customer and you order by before Thursday, your order will generally go out that day. There can be exceptions but as a general rule you should be fine. Again, emergencies, please call and speak to someone regarding the shipment – it may make the difference.
Overall, if you order anytime between Thursday and the following evening, your order is going to go out that week regardless of whether you are one or two days away. If there is something that could hold your order up we will call you as soon as we realize it. Always keep holidays in mind. If you are uncertain as to what days a holiday may affect (and they can have influence on whole WEEKS sometimes!) just give us a call, we’ll be happy to help.
Turn-around is generally quick on our end but there can be delays. We’re a small company and there can be emergencies, illness, other factors. Its not usual for strange things to happen but…..you know how it goes, if its strange and it can happen it just might. We strongly encourage anyone with a timing issue, emergency, problem or question to call and have it sorted out – we will promise to always do our best to get your order out to you just as quickly as possible – on that you can be sure!
Photo Contest – Show us your PET!
After a bit of wandering around, getting off track, missing the boat – and all that good stuff, we FINALLY have a handle on the photo contest! From now on it will be on time and current – I promise! Go to our Enter To Win page on the
website for all the directions for entering. Hey, the prizes ROCK!!!
Each month we will have a different theme – for the month of August we want you to catch your pet in action – playing, running, hunting, swimming etc. Any sort of action shot will do. Being that its the end of the summer, its time we all got out and enjoyed ourselves before Old Man Winter rears his ugly head (then again, action shots in the snow will be a great theme……). If your pup has a favorite toy – snap a shot of him playing with it. Loves to run in the fields looking for bunnies? Get a pic and send it in. Make sure to tell us who your pets are in the photos so we can list their names in our gallery and know to whom we are awarding the prize! First, second and third prizes will be awarded to three lucky players. Send in as many pics as you wish – any photo could be a winner! Photos for the August contest must be submitted on or before August 30th with prizes to be awarded by the 6th of September. September first will start our next contest – this time I mean it!
So take a chance – show us the photos! You never know when you might win!
