Rescue Remedy is an all natural product that can often help when nothing else seems to.  Easy, safe, effective.  There is a disturbing trend amongst veterinarians to treat anything and everything with drugs first.  Its not always safe and not always necessary.  If indeed there is a way to handle your dog’s issues without resorting to drugs, isn’t that preferable?  A simple blend of 5 flower essences, Rescue Remedy can be used safely over and over again without fear that you are destroying your dog’s kidneys or liver or other internal systems.  Its effects can be almost immediate and its uses are varied.

As our longtime customer’s know, the time between ordering and actual shipping is rarely very long.  There are some aspects of our process though that can make a difference as to when exactly your order ships so although we get it to you as quickly as possible it isn’t always feasible each and every time.

One of the first things to remember is that what days we can ship to you depends on where you live.  Only Ohio,

northern WV, and Western PA are within one day shipping from us – all the rest of you, 2 days UPS ground.  What does this mean?  It means that unless your order is in by Wednesday morning, its not likely to ship to you before the next Monday.  That means if you order Wednesday, chances are good that your food won’t reach you until the following Wednesday.  Isn’t because we’re being lazy, its just the way that UPS works!  They don’t do Saturdays.  Is it impossible that you would order online on Wednesday and still get your order that week?  No – certainly not impossible but not for sure either.  Always plan ahead and if you have an emergency, give us a call and we’ll see what we can do!  If you are a one day customer and you order by before Thursday, your order will generally go out that day.  There can be exceptions but as a general rule you should be fine.  Again, emergencies, please call and speak to someone regarding the shipment – it may make the difference.

Overall, if you order anytime between Thursday and the following evening, your order is going to go out that week regardless of whether you are one or two days away.  If there is something that could hold your order up we will call you as soon as we realize it.  Always keep holidays in mind.  If you are uncertain as to what days a holiday may affect (and they can have influence on whole WEEKS sometimes!) just give us a call, we’ll be happy to help.

Turn-around is generally quick on our end but there can be delays.  We’re a small company and there can be emergencies, illness, other factors.  Its not usual for strange things to happen but…..you know how it goes, if its strange and it can happen it just might.  We strongly encourage anyone with a timing issue, emergency, problem or question to call and have it sorted out – we will promise to always do our best to get your order out to you just as quickly as possible – on that you can be sure!

There’s just something about the noise that a plastic water bottle makes that drives dog’s CRAZY!  Wrap that same bottle up in a fuzzy furry wrapper and you have a match made in heaven that will give your puppy or adult dog plenty of playtime pleasure!

Bottle Buddies are a soft furry pocket shaped like a dog, pig or cow, that cover up a used water bottle inside.  Far more interesting than “just” a bottle, dogs both young and old tend to love them.  The noise of the bottle keeps them interested and the lack of stuffing makes them last longer than your basic stuffed toy.  The bottle inside, when crushed sufficiently, can be replaced by any used water bottle making these toys environmentally friendly.  You can recycle in the comfort of your own home.  A velcro closure at the bottom of the pocket makes replacing bottles easy and quick plus is strong enough to prevent most dogs from releasing the bottle from its furry companion.

My personal experience is one Bottle Buddy that has made it successfully through 4 large breed dogs and one large breed puppy for the past 8 months.  Its a little ragged, has lost an ear, but still closes, still covers up the bottle and still performs as well as the day it made its debut.  The cover is fully washable if it becomes necessary but honestly – haven’t washed this one even once yet.  I think my dogs prefer it slightly soiled truth be told.

In the neverending quest that we, as dog owners, seem to be on in search of durable lasting toys, this is probably one of the best values I have found – the dogs love it and anything that can last for 8 plus months in THIS house is a winner in my book!
