Usually UPS Ground

We ship via UPS Ground so long as you are within two shipping days from us.  If your location is outside of the two day shipping area, we do offer UPS 2nd Day Air service.  This shipping method is much more expensive but the only way that we can ensure that you receive your food within the two day window that will allow it to reach you still completely to mostly frozen.
