Frozen food is shipped in a cooler

We ship our frozen goods to you in white Styrofoam coolers with the food packed as tightly as possible to keep it in its frozen state.  We do not use dry ice since it dissipates over time and will lead to breakage of the food containers as it leaves too much extra room in the cooler.  Our food is frozen to about -10 degrees ensuring that it is as completely frozen as possible prior to shipping.  We pack it tightly with newspaper into the appropriately sized cooler and send it on its way to you.
